Reflecting upon their lives in Australia, exhibiting artist Marikit Santiago and Associate Dean of Research in the Faculty of Design, Architecture and Building at University of Technology Sydney Anna Cristina Pertierra will discuss the experiences and representation of Filipina-Australians in daily social, political and cultural life.
This intimate conversation will examine the influences of family, motherhood and religion on Marikit and Anna Cristina, and how this confluence of forces formed their personal identities and professional careers.
