As part of the dual exhibition of Man&Wah: Propagate | Germinate | Bloom and Winnie Cheung: Last Call, 4A is proud to host this ‘In Conversation’ talk with the artists and the ‘King of Chinatown’ Mr King Fong OAM, moderated by Mr Eddie Ma of Soul of Chinatown. This esteemed panel of speakers will share their experiences living, working and making art beyond their respective ancestral homelands. What does it mean to be diaspora? How does it affect the production of creative work? How does one pay respect and acknowledge the importance of this new homeland and country?
Join us at 4A Centre for Contemporary Asian Art for an enlightening afternoon, in conversations.
This session will be conducted and recorded in English. Auslan will not be available. Recorded conversation will be made available online with transcription at a later date.
