she / her
Luisa Brimble brings life to the ideas of dreamers and doers. A lifestyle and food photographer, and a passionate collaborator Luisa has worked with some of the world’s leading publishing houses – including Prestel Publishing New York, Hardie Grant Publishing, Penguin Random House, Murdoch Books and Thames & Hudson. Anyone with a serious cookbook collection will recognise her work from best-selling cookbooks – Community, Neighbourhood and Family by Hetty McKinnon as well as Real Food, Food for Camping Vol. 1 & Vol. 2 by Australian Women’s Weekly. Her work has also been recognised by the prestigious James Beard Foundation; her photography for Wild Adventure Cookbook earned her a nomination in 2019.
Luisa brought to life two enormously successful Kickstarter projects – Alphabet Family Journal and the Wild Adventure Cookbook – from concept and production right through to distribution. When she’s not working on cookbooks Luisa creates content for small businesses. Luisa hopes to bring together her work experiences in photography, marketing, design and publishing as a creative coach for aspiring content creators and small businesses. She regularly volunteers as a mentor for FoodLab cohorts.
