Zhao Gang (b. 1961, Beijing) is an influential Chinese artist, participating at age 16 in the second "Stars" group exhibition in 1979. He pursued university studies in the Netherlands and the USA, after which he had a successful career on Wall Street. In 2006, Zhao Gang returned to China. His artwork has been exhibited globally.
