Annabelle Lacroix

Anabelle Lacroix is a curator and writer. She was a curator of public programs at the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art (ACCA) in Melbourne where she curated performances, discursive programs, and Writing in the Expanded Field (with Lucinda Strahan). She co-edited An Act of Showing: Rethinking artist run initiatives through place (with Maria Miranda, published by Unlikely, 2018). Anabelle regularly contributes to public forums and contemporary art publications such as Art + AustraliaUn. MagazineBureau and Museums Australia Magazine. Anabelle is an associate of Liquid Architecture where she worked between 2014–2017, and curated Félicia Atkinson: Stick or Stone (2017), Blindside Gallery, Melbourne; with Joel Stern and Danni Zuvela she co-curated Michel Chion: The Audio-Spectator (2017), Australia and New Zealand tour; and Entering Tone (2017), Taiwan tour. She took part in 4A’s Curators’ Intensive in 2016.
